Former vice president Dick Cheney says he underwent heart surgery again last week and had a pump assistance device implanted.
Cheney, 69, had his fifth heart attack earlier this year, and had to be hospitalized just last month. The former vice president says he is suffering from congestive heart failure.
No word yet if Cheney then shot someone in the face in order to feed on them...
